Question 1

How long does marking a batch take?

Accepted Answer

Seconds. Everybody is present until somebody is tapped, because that is the ordinary case, and it is done on a phone at the ground rather than on a laptop afterwards.

Question 2

Is there a limit on batches or coaches?

Accepted Answer

No. As many batches as you run, and a login for every coach, at no extra cost. The price depends on how many students are on your roll and nothing else.

Question 3

Can a coach mark attendance from home?

Accepted Answer

There is nothing stopping them today. If that matters to you, tell us — tying marking to being at the ground is a small change and we would rather build it with an academy that needs it than guess at it.

Question 4

A student trains in two batches. Are they counted twice?

Accepted Answer

No. They appear in both rolls and are counted once on the number you are billed for.

Question 5

What if the signal at the ground is bad?

Accepted Answer

The app keeps working and catches up when the signal returns. The ground is exactly where the signal is worst, so it could not have been built any other way.

Question 6

Do parents see attendance?

Accepted Answer

Their own child's, as it is marked, with six months of history and their coach's notes beside it. Nothing about any other family.

Question 7

Can we get a report per month?

Accepted Answer

Per month, per batch and per player, and it exports in a form that opens in a spreadsheet.

Question 8

Does a month with no sessions count against a student?

Accepted Answer

No. Only months the academy actually held sessions in are counted, so a break does not appear as a child who stopped coming.
